For FITs and smaller groups we hold cabin allocations on scheduled sailings; for exclusive use we arrange full charters. The decision turns on group size, control and budget — we set out the trade-offs in full charter or allocation, and for small luxury or incentive groups, dahabiya charters.

Standard itineraries run 3 nights (Aswan → Luxor) or 4 nights (Luxor → Aswan) across roughly 230 km, calling at Edfu and Kom Ombo. A typical cruise ship carries 80–150 passengers; a dahabiya, 6–10 cabins and 8–20 guests. The comfortable season for Upper Egypt runs October to April. The cruise pairs naturally with Luxor and Aswan & Abu Simbel.

Selected vessel and cabin category to brief, licensed Egyptologist guiding at each site, transfers and entrance fees, meet-and-assist, and a 24/7 operations desk during travel. Abu Simbel and Cairo extensions are quoted within the same programme.
