What an Egypt DMC does — and where we fit
A DMC is the local operating partner behind a trip. You win and own the client; we design and deliver the programme on the ground in Egypt. That means tailor-made itinerary design, hotel and Nile cruise contracting, licensed Egyptologist guides, vetted private transport, airport meet-and-assist, group and series operations, and full MICE logistics — with a reachable operations team 24/7 during travel.
Why trade partners work with ETA
- We never sell direct against you. Our business is B2B ground handling. We do not resell a partner’s programme, rates or clients to the public.
- Confidential net rates. You set your own markup. Pricing is quoted per enquiry — never published to compete with you.
- White-label operation. Your clients experience your brand from arrival to departure; we operate quietly behind it.
- No minimum to start. A single FIT programme or a full series — we quote a first programme with no volume commitment.
- One accountable local team from proposal to departure, with a target one-business-day quote turnaround and 24/7 in-destination support.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Egypt DMC and what does it do?
A DMC (destination management company) is the local operating partner behind a trip. Egypt Travel Agency designs the itinerary, contracts hotels, arranges private transport and licensed Egyptologist guides, sources Nile cruises and dahabiyas, and runs the programme on the ground in Egypt — usually on behalf of a tour operator or travel advisor who owns the client relationship.
Do you work B2B, or sell direct to travellers?
We work B2B first. Our core business is ground handling and programme operation for international tour operators, travel advisors, MICE and corporate planners, and special-interest groups. We do not undercut our partners by reselling their programmes to the public.
What is white-label ground handling?
We deliver the programme inside Egypt while your clients experience your brand throughout. Your agency keeps the client relationship and all client-facing communication; we operate quietly behind it.
Do you quote net rates?
Yes. Programmes are quoted at confidential net rates so you set your own markup. Pricing is prepared per enquiry against your brief, market and commercial requirements — we do not publish retail rates that would compete with partners.
Is there a minimum booking to work with you?
No minimum to start. We handle single tailor-made FIT programmes as well as series departures and large groups, and we are happy to quote a first programme with no volume commitment.
Which parts of Egypt do you cover?
Nationwide: Cairo and Giza, Luxor and the Nile Valley, Aswan and Abu Simbel, the Red Sea, and the Western Desert.
How quickly do you turn around a quote?
We aim to respond to a standard trade enquiry within one business day, with complex multi-city or MICE programmes taking a little longer while we confirm suppliers and inventory.
